If a user is not on VPN/Network and so is not able to use SSO then, please use the Password Reset Request | Except Census SR.

NOAA leverages Single Sign-On (SSO) for the NOAA Learning Center. When navigating to the Learning Center login page (https://doc.csod.com), you will see the NOAA button under Single Sign On. If you are signed into the NOAA network, either on campus or off campus using VPN, you can select the NOAA button and access the Learning Center directly (without having to enter a separate username or password).
