If after selecting the NOAA SSO button, a user receives a message indicating that their account is locked provide this SR. 


Standard Response:


I apologize for the difficulty you're experiencing logging in. If you are receiving a message that you're locked out using SSO while on the NOAA network, please note you will not be able to try again for 1 hour. In the meantime, kindly contact NOAA's ICAM team at icam.id.team@noaa.gov to have your SSO issue resolved.

To help expedite the process, please send the ICAM team a screenshot of what you are seeing and a description of what you are doing when trying to log in to the CLC with SSO.
