If the user is unable to log in using the SSO button, confirm that they are on-campus or logged in to their VPN. If they aren't, give them the following SR.

If you are not on the NOAA network or on VPN, you will need to navigate to the Learning Center login page (https://doc.csod.com/) and use the lower portion of the login page under MANUAL SIGN IN to enter your direct Learning Center username and password. You will not be able to use the SSO button to log in.
