Contractors need to first have their information changed in the NOAA Staff Directory by the Federal Manager. System Administrators can no longer reinstate contractor accounts. When contractors convert over to employees, it can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks before their information is picked up.

We suggest you first check the NOAA Staff Directory to ensure your information now reflects employee status. If it does, please send an email confirming that to your NOAA CLC Administrators at NOAA.CLC.Help@noaa.gov  It can take 2 to 4 weeks after you become full-time.
