IMPORTANT!
Contractors, Interns, and/or Affiliates should get access to the CLC immediately. In the case that one is experiencing issues, and an account cannot be located within the CLC, please confirm their hire date and check the NOAA Staff Directory to confirm that they are there.
- If it has been less than 4 business days since their start date, please provide the SR below.
- If it has been more than 4 business days since the user's start date and they are in the NSD, please create a ticket and escalate.

Kindly note that the Administrators have asked that you wait 4 business days from your hire date before attempting to log into your CLC account. If this waiting period has passed and you still do not have access, please reach back out to us so we can escalate this issue to the Administrators for further assistance.
