Specialist Notes:


If the user is on the Network or VPN, and they got locked out using their username/password, provide them this SR which has them close their browser, go back into the NOAA LC and immediately click on the NOAA Button. 

If they were locked out using SSO, please escalate so Admin can reset their password. 


Note: If users not on Network or VPN use Account is locked-No VPN/Network Access SR.
