The new course (Merit System Principles and Prohibited Personnel Practices) has been updated and now has 13 Prohibited Personnel Practices (vs 12).

If someone is asking for the old course, inform them of the new updated one.

"Merit System Principles and Prohibited Personnel Practices" is the new and updated course that replaces "Applying Merit System Principles and Avoiding Prohibited Personnel Practices" effective 11/03/2015.

One of the major changes is that there are now 13 Prohibited Personnel Practices instead of 12 in the new and updated course.

If you have not completed the old course, please take the new course. If you have completed the old course, it will still be listed in your transcripts, however, you are encouraged to take the new course.
