DOC WebTA 4.2 Course – For users who come into chat and say their course is not complete/aren’t sure how to get their certificate:

 1. Check their transcript to see if the course shows completed

 2. If the blue button says Evaluation, they need to complete the evaluation section

 3. After they complete the evaluation, the course should move to completion, and they can get their certificate.

The Evaluation section of the course has not yet been completed. You will need to relaunch the course and complete the Evaluation section. Once that has been completed your course will move to completion. If you need further assistance please let me know.
