Should a user reach out to us stating that they have completed a training/course outside of the CLC, but it is not reflecting on their CLC transcript, please gather the name of the training, as well as screenshots and/or a certificate of completion as proof, and escalate for the administrators to mark it complete on their end.
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! Please confirm that the proof of completion is attached to the ticket before escalating. Once forwarded, follow the standard procedures for processing NOAA/NWS/OMAO/SI tickets. |

If you could please provide me with a copy of your certificate or a screenshot showing that you have completed the training/course, I’ll be more than happy to create a ticket on your behalf and escalate it to the administrators so they can mark it complete on their end.
