The NOAA Administrators have requested that we provide the following canned response when Contractors contact us requesting access to a Percipio training.

To confirm the user’s employee type, we should not only ask the user directly but also verify their DOC User Type in the CLC. To do this:

1. Locate the user’s account.
2. Click on their name.
3. Expand the Personal Details section.
4. Review the DOC User Type field.

If the DOC User Type is 2, this indicates the user is a Contractor.

• Please provide the approved Canned Response listed below.

If the DOC User Type is 251, this indicates the user should have a Percipio license.

• Please escalate the case.

Currently, our CLC records indicate that you are listed as a Contractor supporting NOAA. At this time, Percipio access has not been granted for Contractors.

If you would like to pursue access to Percipio, please escalate your request to your Supervisor and ask that they coordinate directly with Natahnya Campbell (natahnya.campbell@noaa.gov) should they wish to explore the request further.
