Please remember that the SR below and a ticket should be created only AFTER we have confirmed that the user's account cannot be found within the NOAA Staff Directory, after following the Reactivating Accounts SR.


Please be sure to gather and include the following information in the ticket:

 

1. Employment type

2. Date of Hire

3. Supervisor's Name

4. Supervisor's Email

5. Any changed info.
