Federal Employees are expected to have access to Percipio courses. 


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


  1. Confirm the user's employee type by asking the user directly or by checking their DOC User Type in the CLC.

  2. Once you have confirmed the user is an employee, and they cannot access a Percipio course, or if they receive the error message below, escalate.
